- No late check-outs in the summer, or October.
- Per city laws, no outside fires on the ground are allowed; you may have a fire in a portable fire pit or grill, as long as the fire is not on the ground.
- Our Cable & Wi-Fi are complementary; they are not included in our rates. They are free for use, as long as your equipment is compatible.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & cash for payment. No personal checks.
- In July & October we get very full, reservations made well in advance are recommended.
